Family ties

Another remarkable story from the dirty war in Argentina (Argentine stolen at birth, now 32, learns identity)

"For the first time, I know who I was. Who I am," the young man said, still marveling at his new identity: Francisco Madariaga Quintela, a name he only learned last week.

  1. That is one of the few happy endings to 'the dirty war' and the US instigation of it. How and why Henry Kissinger ever got a Nobel Peace Prize with this and so many other things on his record bewilders me.

I am so happy for this young man and his father. They can truly be a family again and he can sweep away all of those awful doubts and worries that were consuming him. Great post! It made my day!
